Warranty policy

Product warranty

The term of the legal guarantee will begin to run from the delivery of the product to the consumer. For furniture, on manufacturing defects in structure, mechanisms and materials, they have a 2-year guarantee.


Office chairs have a 2-year warranty, which includes: Structural design and manufacturing defects. Functioning of the seat back recline mechanism. Seat foam. Armrests (Does not apply in case of scratches and impacts). Swivel base. Gas cylinder. Other Armrest, lumbar, headrest and slider mechanisms. 1 Year: Upholstery (Textiles and vinyl). Rollers (subject to review of adequate maintenance, use and cleaning).


All requests for guarantees must meet the following conditions:
  - The product warranty must be valid
  - Product damage must be due to a manufacturing defect, technical failure or irregularity.
  - No guarantee will apply for the following conditions
    a. When there is discoloration by ultraviolet rays
    b. Normal wear and tear of materials.
    c. Assembly and disassembly of structure continuously.
    d. Scratches and wear due to foot support or elements that generate constant friction.
    e. Abuse, negligence, misuse, misuse or any omission regarding the recommendations for the care and maintenance of the    _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf75c0_5ccf819_ -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_     product.
    f. Improper product storage.
    g. Use abrasive substances that affect the integrity of its components.
    h. Modifications, additions or manipulations in any component of the product carried out by the client or personnel not authorized by GEZCO SAS
    i. Damages caused by a bad installation carried out by the client.
    j. Deterioration in structure, materials and upholstery caused by improper use, blows, exposure to factors such as sunlight and artificial light, weather, humidity, use of inappropriate cleaning products and failure to comply with the advice given for the care of furniture. The guarantee is covered by arrangement or change according to the criteria of GEZCO SAS, after having carried out the respective technical review.

Guarantee process

The fact of initiating the guarantee process does not imply acceptance of it, it will be subject to a technical review that establishes that there is no reason for rejection.

General aspects of the guarantee process

To initiate a warranty claim, you must contact the Línea Nacional customer service line at 3152471689 or 3107422665 and have the NIT or ID with which you registered the purchase.


In the event that the guarantee is accepted, the law stipulates the following: The product will be repaired within the next 30 business days following its receipt. Only if the property cannot be repaired will it be replaced, initially with an equal one, in the event that this is not possible, with another of the same type, with similar characteristics or technical specifications.


Freight for claim return: In the event that the product cannot be repaired on site, the cost of transportation from where the product is located to the destination will be assumed by GEZCO SAS, as well as the return of the product in case of change.
In the event that the guarantee is rejected, the technical opinion and the grounds for rejection will be notified in writing. The product will be returned to the address registered in the order.
