Sales policy

GEZCO SAS, in its interest to offer the best service and timely attention throughout the commercial process, informs the sales policies, which establish the conditions to guarantee and strengthen the commercial relationship with our clients. By making your purchases you are accepting the Policies established by our company which are detailed below:

 


1. All sales made by the company are final, after receiving the order the customer has 48 hours to file a claim for any reason in terms of quality, quantity, product characteristics or an error in the purchase order sent, after At this time, no type of claim is accepted.


2. Cash sales must be paid before dispatch, on delivery, or by virtual transfer/payment. Once it is confirmed that the money enters our banks (applies to bank transfers) the order is dispatched. For no reason dispatch is authorized without being cancelled.


3. Any order made by the client must be supported by a purchase order in the format defined by the client or by any other written means considered.


4. No vendor, or official other than the GEZCO SAS Accounting Assistant is authorized to receive cash from the client, for any reason, if the client does so, it is under his responsibility and at no time will GEZCO SAS be responsible for this situation in case of any inconvenience with the payment.


5. GEZCO SAS, establishes the following delivery times according to the Branches:
  – For cash sales at GEZCO SAS Branches, the minimum delivery time will depend on the number of items  _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf9-136bad5cf9 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_    included in the invoice, for products from 1 to 5 items the delivery time will be 40 minutes. 6. All sales on credit will be dispatched to the customer's registered address without exception, if the address is not registered in the system, dispatches will not be authorized. In order to register a different address than the main one, the client must provide the chamber of commerce where a new address or alternate address is registered. In case of requesting a change in the place of destination of the merchandise, a letter signed by the legal representative of the institution must be sent. .


7. Delivery times for national dispatches vary taking into account the geographical area, type of carrier, day of the week and product line.


8. GEZCO SAS does not receive returns for products sold older than one year for any reason.


9. The Biomedical Equipment will have a 12-Month Warranty, from the issuance of the delivery of the Furniture or its Billing (whichever occurs first), under normal service conditions. To ensure the quality of the supplied product, the specifications found in our guarantee letter, in the transportation, maintenance and operation manual delivered with the equipment must be followed. The warranty coverage must have evidence of the correct
Furniture installation.

10. When the Customer needs to transport the Furniture to a place other than the place of delivery, they must guarantee and demonstrate that the transport, unloading, handling and installation is carried out in accordance with the product manual under penalty of loss of warranty coverage.


11. All electrical or electronic equipment must have the corresponding electrical protections, GEZCO SAS does not install the equipment if the electrical connections do not meet these conditions, if it does so at the customer's request, it will be under its responsibility, it will be recorded in the minutes. installation and the equipment will be outside the guarantee in its exposed electrical and electronic parts.


12. No dispatch is made on Sundays or holidays.
